Dear Residents of Cass County,

 

After 22 years of proudly serving as a Deputy Sheriff, I am honored to announce my candidacy for Sheriff of Cass County.

 

Throughout my career with the Sheriff’s Office, I have had the opportunity to serve in many roles, including the Boat and Water Division, Emergency Response Unit, road patrol shifts, and court security. Each of these assignments has given me valuable experience and a deeper understanding of the many ways our office serves and protects this community.

 

For the past six years, I have served in an administrative and public service role within the Sheriff’s Office, working directly with residents on a daily basis. In this position, as the primary contact point for the public, I have assisted community members with permit-to-carry applications, civil paper applications, maintain courthouse security and provide many other services provided by the Sheriff’s Office. This experience has allowed me to build strong relationships throughout Cass County, dealing directly with residents while gaining a deeper understanding of the concerns, needs, and expectations of the people we serve. 

 

Serving the residents of Cass County has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet and work alongside so many dedicated coworkers, community members, and families throughout our county. Those relationships have strengthened my commitment to public service and to keeping our communities safe.

 

If elected Sheriff, I will continue to build on the strong foundation of professionalism, accountability, and service that the Cass County Sheriff’s Office represents. My goal is to lead with integrity, support the deputies and staff who serve our community every day, and work closely with residents to address the challenges we face together.

 

Cass County is more than the place where I work—it is my home, and the people here are the reason I have dedicated my career to law enforcement. I would be honored to continue serving you as your Sheriff.
